Each of us has the opportunity to make a difference through generous giving based upon our personal financial situation and our relationship with Christ. At Seacoast, we believe in a simple truth – He owns everything and He expects us to use well what He has given us to grow His Kingdom. Your contribution supports the daily work of the church. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe and says, The purpose of tithing is to teach you always to put God first in your lives (Deuteronomy 14:23 TLB). We should first tithe on a consistent basis before considering any other offering. The word “tithe” literally means a tenth or 10% and is mentioned 32 times in the Bible to emphasize the importance of this commitment to God and His church.
