Our mission trips to India are hosted by Bishop Dutta and his Diocese in Durgapur, West Bengal. This medical team serves to provide free medical care to low-caste, poor Hindus, Tribals and Muslims through mobile clinics and at the Good Shepherd clinic in Durgapur and Bankura and at the leper hostel in Purulia. There is strong emphasis on healing prayer that this team will engage in as they pray for hundreds of people including many Christians and non-Christians alike. You will not lack for opportunities to minister and encourage men, women and children. Two trip dates are available and both are led by Dr. Mike.

Sri Lanka

Seacoast has sent teams to serve and encourage the body of Christ at Bethany Christian Life Center in Colombo, Sri Lanka since 2001. Our partnership with them has helped them plant churches, train leaders and pastors, meet the needs of flood victims, and help start a church and school in the war torn country of the North. The last two years we have sent medical teams to help the church reach their community, most of which the religion is Buddhism and Hinduism with only 6% being of the Christian faith. We have many opportunities to share in small groups and in house churches. It is against the law to proselyte so the medical teams are a great tool for the Sri Lankan ministry team to meet new people in the communities where we hold clinics in the outstation churches. Medical providers are needed and we need an optometrist as we plan to take 5000 glasses to give to those in need. Last year we were the first foreigners to visit the North area providing eye care and medical care and it is in the plans to return this year. Vietnam

Seacoast has been partnering with Vets With A Mission since 2007 by sending medical mission teams to reach out to those who are unable to afford or receive medical care. These medical teams offer hope to some of the “poorest of the poor” in Vietnam. Volunteers, both medical/health and non-medical/health team members are needed. Team members serve in clinics VWAM has built or in government clinics. Vietnam vets are especially encouraged to join the team and non-vets are welcome, too. If you have a desire to see the Gospel shared in actions and deeds in this communist country, this mission trip is for you!

Nicaragua

Seacoast has been going to Nicaragua since 2006, hosted by Christ For the City International. Our teams work alongside the CFCI missionaries who live and minister in the areas we serve. Our medical teams set up clinics in areas where CFCI has established a church partnership so that the ministry is an outreach for the local church. Medical providers are needed, pharmacist, nurses, pt/po/ents, etc. and non-medical people are needed. Pastor Chris Russo will lead this team with Dr. Jeff Folk leading the medical clinics. There will be opportunities for team members to use their gifts and talents in areas of youth ministry and prayer, worship and evangelism. We invite you to join this team to bring HOPE to those who have so little.

Togo

Seacoast has been going to Togo since 2001 hosted by Togo Pioneer Missionaries ministering with them to reach the underserved and underprivileged areas in Togo. This year the team will once again take a medical team serving in remote areas of Togo. Medical providers are needed, physicians, nurses, pt's, pa's, etc. We will also need non-medical team members to help with ministry opportunities sharing the gospel with men and women, youth, and children.
