giving at seacoast

Please join us in our mission to help people become fully devoted followers of Christ. Thanks to the generosity of our congregation, the work of the church continues to expand and many people enter into a new found and growing relationship with Christ.

Each of us has the opportunity to make a difference through generous giving based upon our personal financial situation and our relationship with Christ. At Seacoast, we believe in a simple truth – He owns everything and He expects us to use well what He has given us to grow His Kingdom. If you want to learn more about this, go to a teaching on this important subject:

We have three different categories of giving: Tithe, Hope and Seed. Offerings to Hope and Seed are meant to be beyond your Tithe. All donations will be recorded as Tithe unless you designate as Hope or Seed.

tithe.

Your contribution supports the daily work of the church. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe and says, The purpose of tithing is to teach you always to put God first in your lives (Deuteronomy 14:23 TLB). We should first tithe on a consistent basis before considering any other offering. The word “tithe” literally means a tenth or 10% and is mentioned 32 times in the Bible to emphasize the importance of this commitment to God and His church.

hope.

Your contribution supports initiatives of hope to those in our local communities and around the world. Spreading the gospel and demonstrating the compassion of Christ is best accomplished through self-sustaining initiatives that address human needs such as a lack of clean drinking water, food, education, leadership development, health care, micro enterprise, and spiritual development. seed.

Your contribution supports future expansion of God’s Kingdom. This may be accomplished by helping our campuses continue to grow, planting new campuses or partnering with other organizations.
