Our Dream Team opportunities at the Manning campus are divided into five areas:
Weekend Guest Services
Bookstore Team: This team works in the Bookstore during the weekend services and assists guests as they purchase resources. Background check and some training required.
Cafe: This team serves in the Seacoast Café by assisting guests with drinks, coffee, and other food items available for sale.Background check and some training required.
Coffee Services: This team prepares the guest coffee stations by making coffee before and during services, ensuring that each station is fully stocked with necessities, and assisting guests as needed.
First Responders: Our First Responders are a unit of healthcare providers who offer basic medical attention in the event of an accident or emergency during weekend experiences. Background check and professional medical experience required.
Greeters: Our Greeters welcome people with a smile and make them feel right at home as soon as they step through the doors of Seacoast.
Information Center:This team provides guests with information about all of our current events, ministry opportunities, and services.
Response Time Team: This team is responsible for preparing all Response Time elements before and after services, such as Communion and candle lighting stations.
Traffic Team:The Traffic Team is responsible for keeping traffic flowing smoothly in the parking lot by directing guests to parking spaces in an orderly manner. Some training required.
Ushers:The Ushers play a key role in orchestrating a smooth weekend experience by assisting guests to their seats and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
VIP: The VIP Team assists first-time guests by providing them with basic information about Seacoast and escorting them to appropriate areas. After service, the VIP team is available to answer questions, receive Connect Cards, and distribute VIP gifts to first-time guests.
Tear Down Team: This team stays after service to tear down and pack up the campus.
Technical Production:Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team as it works to deliver the Seacoast weekend experience via camera, lighting, and sound elements. No experience required.
Worship:The Seacoast Worship team leads others into the presence of God with the use of vocal and instrumental talents. Auditions for student, college, and adult Worship team opportunities are held regularly.
Our Kidscoast Team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the love of Jesus. Using worship, videos, drama, small groups, greetings, games and more, this team intentionally invests in the lives of the next generation. Roles range from behind-the-scenes opportunities to interacting directly with children and teaching them about Jesus. Background checks required for all Kidscoast volunteer opportunities.
Registration Team:This team welcomes families as they enter the children’s ministry rooms and help register new families. They also assist with dismissal as children are checked out of their areas by parents.
Our Custom Student Ministry Team is passionate about seeing students become fully devoted followers of Christ. This team invests in the next generation through dynamic weekend worship experiences, fun events, small groups, summer camp, serve opportunities, and mission trips. Background checks required for all Custom volunteer opportunities.
High School Small Group Leaders: Meet throughout the week with the same group of students and facilitate discussion within the group pertaining to the current study.
Adult Small Group Leaders:Seacoast Small Group Leaders host and facilitate a group of 3-12 people as they intentionally pursue a deeper relationship with God. Small Groups meet regularly and consistently, and often do a Bible study or read a book together. Some training required.
