Seacoast is recruiting qualified employees who have a passion to serve our Lord and want to join a team dedicated to helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ.
We identify many of our top candidates from our volunteers. They are already serving in a specific ministry or department and understand our mission and priorities. We get to know them and they get to know our leadership. If you are not already serving as a volunteer, please contact your local campus and we will help get you connected in the right ministry or department.

You may submit your online application for a specific position. Since it is important that you have the skill, ability and knowledge for serving in a specific ministry or department, please apply only for that specific position.
For application to hiring decision, our employment process can take from 2-3 weeks. Your application will be reviewed thoroughly; you may be contacted to answer some additional questions; and you will be interviewed if we determine you are a good match based on the candidate pool. You will be notified regardless of the decision and if you are not chosen for the specific position your application will be kept on file for 45 days.

If you are chosen and accept the employment offer, Seacoast will conduct a background check that covers your employment history, references and qualifications. All offers are contingent on a satisfactory background check.
