If you are feeling the call to be baptized, please refer to our FAQs below. It would be a privilege for us to be a part of your baptism story.  And now, why delay? Get up and be baptized, and have your sins washed away, calling on the name of the Lord. – ACTS 22:16 (NLT)

What is the Purpose of Baptism?

Through baptism, we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As you are immersed under water, you bury your old sinful self. When you come out of the water, you experience the new life and resurrection that comes from Jesus. Baptism is an act of confession and identification with Christ. It is a demonstration of your covenant with God and your commitment to Christ.

Who should be baptized?
All those who have committed themselves to Jesus Christ as their Lord, by turning away from sin and trusting in Him, should be baptized. For this reason, we do not baptize babies or children who are too young to make this decision on their own.

Where is the Baptism held?
We baptize here at Seacoast Summerville Campus in all our services, 8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am during response time.

What should I wear?
We suggest you wear a bathing suit with a t-shirt and shorts. We will also provide Seacoast baptism t-shirts as a gift to you!

What should I bring?
Bring a towel, and a camera; more importantly, bring your family and friends, and those who have impacted your life and your faith!
