God created you to work with others.
In Mark 2:1-12 we see how four friends creatively figure out how to help their sick friend get to Jesus. Their friend couldn’t walk, but they knew Jesus could heal him. When they get to Jesus, the room is so packed they need to find another way. They solve their problem by going in from the top. They pulled the roof apart and lowered him down. Not only did Jesus heal the man, but because of their faith he forgave his sins as well.
We can’t do everything on our own, nor should we. As kids are learning the importance of friendships, we hope they see that God put people in their life for a reason. They can work with those people to do more than they could accomplish on their own.
