Dream Center
The North Charleston Dream Center is dedicated to providing resources and opportunities to low income, homeless and under-served individuals and families in North Charleston and Hanahan to move toward self-sufficiency through building relationships, education and training. Our vision is to establish a community of resilient people whose lives have been transformed and they share that with others.

Adopt-A-Block
The Adopt-A-Block team meets every second Saturday of the month to connect and serve with our community in the Ferndale area. They spend about 2 hours each second Saturday serving the community and providing any follow up if necessary. The team meets on the front steps of Radiant Church in Ferndale at 10:00AM to pray before they hit the streets.
Street Ministry
Our Street Ministry focuses on loving displaced individuals who are currently living in the streets by providing a meal and other essential items. Every Friday we meet to assemble dinner kits and deliver them in the Charleston area. We strive to establish a relationship with our neighbors, show them that the church sees them, and that God loves them.
Dinners are provided or donated by individuals, small groups, or businesses. If you wish to serve or contribute, email Kim Lookabill at paratrooper0708@gmail.com for more information.
Dream Center Clinic
The mission of our Dream Center Clinics (DCC) is to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically underserved in our communities by providing (free) quality, compassionate, and personalized care.
We are always looking for medical and non-medical volunteers. You can also contribute financially, the DCC is a stand-alone non-profit supported solely by donations and small grants.
To serve, email Debbie Cockrell at dcockrell@dreamcenterclinic.org.
North Charleston Food Pantry
The Dream Center serves the community by meeting basic needs—one of them is food. In collaboration with many serve team members, partners, and the Lowcountry Food Bank we distribute food kits to families. As we continue to serve our neighbors, we hope you can join us in this effort that can change your life and the lives of our neighbors.
The Seacoast North Charleston Food Pantry operates on Thursdays from 8:30 AM and goes until supplies last. We are accepting non-perishable food donations during office hours Monday-Thursday. If you’d like to serve with the ministry, you may sign up here.
For any questions, please contact Ciarrah Lindsay at ciarrahlindsay@seacoast.org.
e3 Mentoring
Our e3 mentoring program matches youth in upper elementary (3rd grade) through high school (12th grade) with mentors on a one-on-one basis. The goal is to help youth become productive citizens who make positive contributions, good choices, and love God.
You can give the invaluable gift of relationship by changing their perspective of what the world can offer, loving as Jesus did, and creating a safe environment for them to share and feel heard… sometimes it’s as simple as taking a walk, sharing a meal, or just hanging out together!
