About Our Partnership
Our E3 Mentoring Program matches youth in upper elementary (3rd grade) through high school (12th grade) with mentors on a one-on-one basis to provide the invaluable gift of relationship, loving as Jesus did and creating a safe environment for youth to share and feel heard. The goal is to help youth become productive citizens who make positive contributions, good choices, and love God.

E3 MENTOR An E3 mentor becomes a consistent, trusted presence in a student’s life—someone who helps them navigate challenges, celebrate victories, and grow in confidence and faith. Through shared experiences, conversation, and community events, mentors help create an environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued. You don’t have to have all the answers. You simply have to be willing to show up, care, and walk alongside a student as they grow. It's more than simply spending time together—it’s about walking alongside a young person and reminding them that they matter. Many of the students in our program simply need someone who will show up, listen, encourage them, and believe in the potential God has placed inside of them.

E3 MENTEE Enrolling a student offers them a unique opportunity for personal growth and development. By connecting with a mentor, they gain valuable guidance, support, and encouragement tailored to their individual needs. Our mentorship program pairs students from 3rd grade through 12th grade with our best and brightest mentors.
