East Cooper Meals on Wheels needs your help to keep delivering healthy meals, fresh fruit, breakfast bags, nutritional drinks, and more to help our homebound neighbors.

Your time and support makes a big difference to those who struggle to go to the grocery store or stand at a stove long enough to cook a meal. If you would like to volunteer, visit ecmow.org and fill out a volunteer application.

Meals on Wheels assists the elderly and those who are homebound regardless of age.
