Baptism is an incredibly important moment in every Believer’s faith journey. It is the public declaration of a person’s commitment to Jesus Christ. At Seacoast, we invite all new Believers to be baptized. When we are immersed into the water during baptism, we identify ourselves with Jesus in his death and burial. When we are raised up out of the water, we identify ourselves with the Resurrection of Jesus and the hope of eternal life. Baptism also gives the rest of us an opportunity to celebrate with you!

Baptism

We offer baptism at all of our campuses several times throughout the year. Baptism might look a bit different, depending on where you are. You may be on campus, or may find yourself at a lake or a river, or even the beach. We will provide everything you need to be baptized, including t-shirts, shorts, and towels. If you are interested in being baptized please let us know.

Kidscoast Baptism

In Kidscoast, we feel there is no greater joy than to see kids make the decision to follow Jesus and publicly profess their faith before their family, friends, and church through baptism. We encourage parents to talk through this important decision with their kids and walk through the steps of baptism when their child is able to express their faith in Jesus.

To help guide your conversation, you can use this faith guide, and watch the video below with your child.
