Jen grew up in the Toronto area, moving to New York City shortly after college where she worked on the Wall Street trading floor as an analyst. After her first child was born, Jen transitioned to become a stay-at-home mom while she and her family lived in Charlotte. It was during that season of life that Jen became a Christian.
Jen joined the staff at Forest Hill Church, where she served as the Local Missions Director for five years. During her time at Forest Hill, Jen worked to bring area faith communities together to find solutions for homelessness, emphasizing support for homeless families.
Jen and her family moved to Charleston in 2013 and joined the Seacoast staff in 2014 as an administrative assistant and Local Missions Director, helping launch Seacoast’s foster care initiative. She joined the Kidscoast team in 2015 and currently serves as the Kidscoast Director, where she has led a transformation of the Kidscoast ministry. Jen works to partner with parents, so that they can become the spiritual leaders of the household. Jen led the creation of a central Kidscoast model for all Seacoast campuses, emphasizing the importance of Kidscoast small groups. Jen has been married for 25 years and has two children, Stephanie and Scotty, and a granddaughter, Avery.
